The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when we asked about directions I needed to keep small ice packs Frozen for our medicine. The facility is exceptionally clean and extremely beautiful. We have plans to come up for a ball game, my husband is a retired coach of one of the ball players at App State and plan on spending the weekend here again. Highly recommend for anyone traveling or wanting to stay somewhere comfortable and clean.

The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. We had a jacuzzi suite that was spacious and quiet and had a chair with a side table that could be used as a desk. The wrap around porch is huge and has a smoking area where I could enjoy a cigar.

Breakfast was good (especially the potato wedges). Scrambled eggs were better than the omelets. The room was very nice and clean - the staff went above and beyond for us. It snowed quite a bit on our check out date - management gave us a later checkout as they wanted to make sure we felt safe leaving in the weather.

Beds were comfy. My boyfriend said the breakfast was really good. I liked having a nice lighted mirror when washing face and doing make-up. Girls were really nice at front desk on arrival.
