EVERYTHING!! I just needed a little break and decided to take my two special needs grandchildren on a short trip. The main reason we chose this hotel was the reviews and the pool! The pool was closed on day 1. I called the property and told them about my kids (I am raising them, both have sensory processing disorders and development delays, among other issues) The hotel agreed to upgrade us to a room with jacuzzi! Day 2 we meet the general mgr! (WENDY) I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WOMAN! I have been in retail mgmt for 30 years and she went above and beyond to make sure these two kids were happy. Noah is high functioning autistic and he just kept clapping saying it was the "best day ever" I hope I can attach some pics somewhere! Thank you, again!! Oh yes... the beds were amazing!

The breakfast selection was outstanding and I loved the sausage and biscuits 😋 👌 the staff was incredible and catered to our every need and made us feel at home and welcomed. The pool and hot tub area was super nice and I will be staying here again for sure! The lemon water at the front was so good also! They have a little library section where you can rent a book, I've never seen that. I love it. They have a computer area and a convenience store area. I spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck in the rocking chairs, overlooking the mountains. Beautiful hotel and great price!

Remarkable breakfast, a redeeming aspect for the establishment. Kudos to the kitchen staff for the diverse and delicious daily breakfast offerings. Excellent location. Situated in Boone city, it's just a 30-minute drive from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Grandfather Mountain.

The front desk staff were awesome. They were welcoming and willing to help when my husband needed water for his truck. The room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it seemed lovely! We loved the waffles for breakfast!
